About the Role:

As a Site Foreman/Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring the efficient execution of projects. You will bring your experience in operating heavy machinery, particularly diggers, and your knowledge of civil concrete structures to lead and coordinate site activities. This role requires a hands-on approach, with a focus on safety, quality, and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision: Manage on-site activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and schedules.
Equipment Operation: Utilise your experience with diggers and other heavy machinery to assist and guide the team.
Project Coordination: Oversee the work of subcontractors, labor, and material deliveries, ensuring efficient resource use.
Quality Control: Uphold high standards of workmanship and enforce safety protocols and project specifications.
Problem Solving: Quickly address and resolve any on-site issues to maintain project momentum.

About You

Experience: Strong background in operating heavy machinery, especially diggers, with extensive experience in civil concrete structures projects (drainage, culverts, piling, etc.).
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Qualifications: Relevant certifications or qualifications in civil construction or a related field are advantageous.
Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
