About the Role: Laboratory Soil Technician
As a permanent member of our laboratory operations team, you’ll conduct specialised soil & or rock testing procedures, work with tools and machinery and carry out lifting and manual handling.
Trainee rates for these positions are approximately $ per hour permanent.

- Use of Tools, machinery and computers – getting your hands dirty
- Conducting daily soil testing procedures, adhering to industry soil standards
- Generate comprehensive client test reports
- Support the setup and maintenance of equipment essential for soil testing
- Exceptional organisational skills coupled with problem-solving abilities to address challenges effectively.
- A customer-centric approach with a strong commitment to meeting and exceeding client needs.
- Liaise with clients when required
About You:
- Knowledge and application of soil testing methodologies and industry standards.
- Exceptional organisational skills coupled with problem-solving abilities to address challenges effectively.
- A customer-centric approach with a strong commitment to meeting and exceeding client needs.
- Certification such as Certificate III in Laboratory Skills (or equivalent), highly regarded
- A dedicated focus on safety protocols.
- The capability to work autonomously or collaboratively within a team
