Programmed Skilled Workforce is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Spray Painter Trade Assistant with a forklift licence for our client in the Waste Management Industry. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented and have experience with spray painting and related activities.
Key Responsibilities:

Preparation work for pre-painting, such as wiping down, sealing gaps, and patching up surfaces.
Preparing paint mixtures.
Spray painting products in a spray booth.
Inspecting and quality checking paintwork.
Operating a forklift for various activities.
Performing housekeeping activities to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Assisting with various trade tasks within the factory.

Requirements:

Prior experience with spray painting is advantageous.
Valid forklift licence (LF) Counterbalance
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
