SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

• Lifting Supervisor for our Shutdown Service Contracts
• Working a flexible 2&1 Roster FIFO from Perth

As a Lift Supervisor you will be at the forefront of lifting operations. The primary role of Lift Supervisor will be to oversee and preparing for the lifting of heavy items in accordance with local regulations and in a safe and efficient manner.

Mammoet is seeking a self-driven and motivated Supervisor for our Shutdown Services Crew, that is willing to take ownership of their team! As a Supervisor with Mammoet, you will ultimately be accountable for ensuring a high standard of delivery and safety to our Clients and employees. In this role you will be Supervising across various Client sites throughout the Pilbara

WHAT YOULL BE DOING

• Taking responsibility for the supervision and execution of assigned work
• Leading a team with a range of different roles and skills
• Providing direction and expert knowledge
• Overseeing all phases of work at the site on a day-to-day basis
• Ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently and effectively

WHAT YOULL NEED

• Execute and oversee mobilizing and demobilizing of equipment and personnel
• General people management
• Day to day
• Reporting into the MSA Manage

WHAT YOULL GET

• 5 year’s Supervising experince in crane and rigger operations in a mining industry
• Driver’s Licence
• Section 44 Certificate
• Confident and Motivated Self Starter
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Day to day project supervision
