Electrical Supervisor Mobile Maintenance
Work Location: Cloudbreak – Fortescues Cloudbreak mine is located on the traditional lands of the Palyku and Nyiyaparli peoples
Roster: 7D7N14R – FIFO ex Perth, Busselton, Port Hedland, Karratha, Broome, Kununurra
We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-focused High Voltage Electrical Supervisor to coordinate and champion the safe execution of all HV electrical works across our Heavy Mobile Equipment (HME) Fleet. The Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing high voltage electrical works on mobile plant, ensuring compliance with safety and electrical regulations, driving continuous improvement in electric drive mobile plant performance, and supporting the operational readiness of the Green Fleet.

- Correctly utilize any Personal Protective Equipment distributed.

Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum trade qualification HV Electrician.
- WA A Grade Electrical Lisence
- HV Switching Ticket
- Section 44 Mines Regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft products and SAP work management systems
- Experience in leading large departmental change and complex projects
- Experience as a Maintenance Supervisor role, or similar leadership position
- Experience working with safety management systems
- Knowledge of Mines Regulations and Act and Occupational, Health and Safety legislation and other relevant legislation and regulations
- Advanced understanding of Reliability Engineering investigation processes (RCA) and data analysis
- Advanced understanding of Lean principles (5S, Visual Management)
