Studio Manager

Position Purpose:
Seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Showroom Assistant and Customer Service Representative to join our clients team. This role is pivotal in maximising sales revenue through exceptional customer support, effective communication, and efficient administration. The ideal candidate will act as the link between customers and the sales team, ensuring seamless coordination of sales support activities and delivering premium service to all showroom visitors and account holders.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist all showroom visitors, with a focus on account holders, promoting products, generating leads, and building strong relationships.
  • Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate price quotations, and process purchase orders, adjustments, and cancellations.
  • Make cost calculations and deliver precise quotations within company guidelines.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with account managers and internal teams to meet customer requirements and ensure satisfaction.
  • Document sales policies, procedures, and improvements while maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Stay informed about stock status, competitor products, and market trends.
  • Organise and manage day-to-day administration, including processing sample requests, maintaining showroom aesthetics, and handling returns.
  • Participate in sales training, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Contribute to team meetings and maintain open communication with customers and colleagues.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance and minimise risk exposure.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

  • Experience in sales or within a showroom.
  • Strong customer focus, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
