About the Role:
Liebherr-Australia is seeking multiple experienced and motivated Storepersons to join our National Distribution Centre (NDC) in Para Hills West. Positions are being offered on both Day and Afternoon shift, you will be instrumental in delivering safe, effective and compliant warehouse and distribution services for our Mining Division.
Skills and Duties:
With an immediate and early January start, you will be required to:
- Operate forklifts and other lifting equipment safely and maintain housekeeping standards
- Pick and pack, inspect stock and dispatch orders to meet deadlines and ensure accurate data entry and documentation
- Co-ordinate dispatch transport and compile documentation
- Participate in stock-take, generate basic inventory reports and receipting and dispatching items
- Inspect and maintain items.
Requirements:
To be successful in this position, you will have:
- Certificate II in Warehousing and Storage or 2-5 years of industry experience
- High Risk Forklift (LF) License
- Strong attention to detail, collaborative work style and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with good customer service skills
- An understanding of supply chain and distribution along with basic ERP skills
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol testing.
