As a result of Georgious significant growth after securing the Mandurah Estuary Bridge Duplication Project, we are seeking a Site Administrator or Trainee Site Administrator to join our team. Based in Mandurah, the successful candidate will work closely with the project management team to provide administrative support on this exciting construction project.

You will be trusted to:
Ensure timely and accurate collection, control and coordination of timesheets and dockets
Ensure all payroll and HR queries are answered in a timely manner
Document preparation and file maintenance
Accounting duties, such as receipting and processing orders
Managing ad hoc requirements from employees on site
What youre good at:
Previous experience in a similar position in the construction industry
Experience with payroll, invoicing, receipting processing orders and month-end accruals
Excellent IT skills
Strong communication and organisational skills
