Your new role
We are seeking a dedicated Site Administration Assistant to join our team on a temporary 6-month contract. This role is Monday to Friday and requires an immediate start. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks including data entry, document control, taking meeting minutes, managing schedules and bookings, overseeing mailboxes, and maintaining CMF systems.
What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience with the MS Office Suite and a high level of attention to detail.
- The ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills to manage competing demands and priorities.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with Documentum, Tempo, SharePoint, and SAP.
- Background in auditing and compliance management.
- Understanding of the Sites Safety Health Management System.
- Training administration experience.
