This is a permanent, full-time position, working an attractive residential roster (4 days, 4 nights, 8 days off).

The Greenbushes Lithium Operation is located in a unique residential setting proximal to the Town of Greenbushes nestled atop the picturesque Darling Scarp. About the Role

An opportunity exists to join the Processing Plant team in the role of Shift Supervisor.  The successful applicant will utilise their teamwork knowledge and will receive on-the-job training and guidance by an experienced and supportive team.

The primary responsibilities of a Shift Supervisor include:

  • building and maintaining an inclusive culture fostering workplace safety;
  • leading the Processing team to meet Production targets, minimise costs and implement Process improvements;
  • supervising and coordinating labour and training requirements; and
  • completing workplace inspections and investigations as required.

About the Candidate

We are looking for safety focused, adaptable, proactive, and positive individuals who are willing to learn to join the processing team.

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following:

  • experience leading a team (mineral processing or similar industry related experience);
  • a willingness to contribute toward the success of your team while supporting a positive team culture aligned with Talisons core values;

  • C class drivers license.
