We are currently recruiting for Casual Shift Operators to join a 24/7 plant at Dardanup south of Bunbury. These casual roles are offered on a Continuous Day / Night Shift basis 2 days 2 nights 4 off; Your immediate priority will be maintaining product supply to the production lines with potential to upskill into multi-skilled process operators.

About your new role:
- Prepare product for processing
- Safe operation of forklifts with ugly loads
- Work within a team environment
- Operate forklift to move product between storage and plant
- Identify hazards and safety concerns
- Identifies maintenance issues with plant/equipment
- Willing to upskill across different plant/equipment through buddy system training.
- Enters product data accurately and promptly into the product management system.
- Complete detailed and accurate quality control checks
- Complete effective hand over whilst maintaining efficient plant operation
About you:
- Previous experience in industrial environment desirable but not required.
- C Class drivers’ licence
- Current High-Risk license (Forklift)
- Experience with ugly loads highly regarded
- Committed to a safe work environment and willing to promote safety within a team.
- Ability to work on a shift roster.
- Ability to work in a team or autonomously.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical & drug and alcohol screen
