Service Administrator

Are you an experienced administrator with exceptional multitasking skills, ready to thrive in a dynamic environment? We’re seeking a dedicated Service Administrator to join our Christchurch team. This pivotal role focuses on supporting the Building Warrant of Fitness (BWOF) process and handling a variety of service-related administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

– Efficiently managing incoming calls and emails.

– Coordinating with clients, service providers, and local authorities.

– Managing compliance documentation (both incoming and outgoing).

– Overseeing client management for new and existing clients.

– Accurately preparing invoices and ensuring timely delivery.

– Providing administrative support across teams and departments as needed.

– Maintaining document control and overseeing system management.

– Assisting with ad-hoc projects as required.

What We’re Looking For:

– **Experience in BWOF administration is essential.**

– Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.

– Ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure.

– Dependable, confident, and trustworthy with excellent communication skills.

– Self-motivated with a positive attitude and flexible approach to work.
