This pivotal role focuses on supporting the Building Warrant of Fitness (BWOF) process and handling a variety of service-related administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
– Efficiently managing incoming calls and emails.
– Coordinating with clients, service providers, and local authorities.
– Managing compliance documentation (both incoming and outgoing).
– Overseeing client management for new and existing clients.
– Accurately preparing invoices and ensuring timely delivery.
– Providing administrative support across teams and departments as needed.
– Maintaining document control and overseeing system management.
– Assisting with ad-hoc projects as required.

– **Experience in BWOF administration is essential.**
