Our clients tap into more than 150 specialist geoscience professionals, including engineers, geologists, geophysicists and hydrogeologists who provide comprehensive investigation and design services, with a focus on large-scale infrastructure projects.
 

In response to growth, we are currently seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer with experience leading, mentoring and developing large teams. This exciting position will see you as a leader in our Geotechnics and Tunnels business group with significant opportunities to progress into Operational Management and Leadership.

The team lead role will see you, but not limited to;
    Planning and undertaking geotechnical field investigations
    Mentoring and developing team members to reach their potential 
    Preparing and reviewing proposals and technical reports
    Manage projects and subcontractors
    Maintaining client relationships and an active role in business development opportunities.
What you will bring to the team:
    Degree qualified Civil Engineer together with 10 years’ relevant experience
    Significant leadership and management experience
    Extensive geotechnical investigation design and delivery experience on a variety of infrastructure projects, including strong judgement and decision making ability
    Growth mindset with an attitude towards identifying and contributing towards opportunities to improve operational excellence
    Demonstrated ability to collaborate with clients and stakeholders
    Well-developed project and time management experience, including established project management responsibilities with the ability to work independently
    Accomplished written and verbal communication skills.
