Your next Opportunity:
Borals Strategy team is responsible for the execution of Borals Good to Great Strategy including the ongoing optimisation and growth of our integrated network of Cement, Quarry, Recycling, Concrete and Asphalt assets through organic and inorganic initiatives.
This role will contribute significantly towards the teams objective.
Your day will involve:
- Integrated network analysis including the identification of current and emerging network gaps and developing strategies to manage and mitigate these risks.
- Development of business cases for network capital investments.
- Identification of acquisition opportunities.
- Financial modelling and business case development for strategic projects and M&A transactions.
- Execution and due diligence of M&A transactions.
- Developing relationships with key stakeholders including the executive management team
What we are looking for:
A minimum of 5 years experience in a professional services or corporate environment responsible for one or more of the following activities:
- Strategy consulting.
- M&A transaction execution.
- Financial due diligence.
- Due diligence coordination and project management.
- Commercial acumen and numerical skills.
- Financial modelling strong financial modelling skills are essential for this role.
- Strong written and verbal presentation skills this role will be responsible for drafting business cases, internal presentations and approval papers for organic and inorganic strategic growth initiatives.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
