Due to the continued growth within our Permanent Recruitment Team, we are looking to add a further 3 new Senior Recruitment Consultants across the following verticals: Science, Accounting & Finance & Professional Services. There is currently 16 Consultants in the Perm Team, with a total of 40 Consultants in the PERSOLKELLY Perth Branch.
What your day-to-day will look like:
- Actively approach and engage with existing and prospective clients
- Manage a database of candidates actively seeking Permanent careers in your chosen vertical
- Reach out to prospect candidates using various online tools / social platforms
- Respond to job orders, matching suitable candidates and submitting resumes
- Undertaking end to end search assignments
- Consult with your candidates and clients throughout the duration of the recruitment process to ensure a successful outcome
- Continuously focus on growing your desk and seeking out new opportunities to gain market share and increase revenue
- Invest the time to truly understand our clients in order meet key deliverables
Required skills and experience needed to get your opportunity at PERSOLKELLY:
- Proven experience within your chosen vertical
- Proven background as a successful, energetic and driven team player
- Good knowledge of the local employment market and industry
- Demonstrated ability with balancing sales and customer service skills in order to build key client relationships.
