Senior HR Business Partner

Sodexo is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to lead and manage the effective delivery of HR solutions within our Energy and Resources Portfolio. This role ensures that global, regional, or country HR initiatives are operationalized and aligned with local business initiatives. The Senior HR Business Partner will provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring while closely collaborating with Transversal HR functions and Operational Leaders to align HR programs with business initiatives and support improvement in key employee and business metrics.

Job Scope

  • The Senior Human Resources Business Partner will collaborate closely with leaders to understand and translate business strategies into actionable HR initiatives that drive success. This role will implement and communicate HR programs, support the establishment of learning, development, and career planning initiatives, and contribute to strategic HR projects.
  • Key responsibilities include analyzing HR trends, acting as a trusted advisor on all HR matters, supporting leaders in building employee capabilities, and developing organizational structures to support business growth.
  • The position requires facilitating workforce analytics discussions, coaching managers on performance management, and building effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Regular site travel and engagement with employees, leading change management programs, resolving employee relations issues.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborate closely with leaders to understand and translate business strategies into actionable HR initiatives that drive success.
  • Implement and communicate HR programs and initiatives.
  • Support the establishment and delivery of learning, employee development, career planning, and leadership programs.
  • Lead and contribute to HR strategic projects and support other managers and staff within the HR division.
  • Analyze HR trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and partner to business leaders, providing advice on employee relations, talent management, performance management, and compensation.
  • Support leaders in building employee capabilities and enabling team performance.

Who are we looking for?  
To be successful, you’ll have significant relevant experience delivering HR services, support and expertise that meet the needs of customers and stakeholders and support the organisation to achieve its vision, mission and strategic priorities.

Education:

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
  • 5 years of generalist HR experience with employee relations/IR experience.
  • Extensive experience in a HR Business Partnering role with demonstrated achievement in delivering HR projects and initiatives.
  • Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
