About you:

We are seeking a proactive and innovative Senior Finance Officer with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in finance or accounting roles, who can effectively forecast, question existing processes, and collaborate with the team to enhance our finance processes.

About the role:

In this role you will be responsible for high volume weekly invoicing to our contractors also doing data management through the Astute systems. Following up non-paid accounts and making sure payments are up to date as agreed with clients. Month end reconciliation to be completed and ensuring all accounts payable invoices are processed and timely payment of invoices as well.

Skills & experience:

2 to 3 years plus experience in a finance role

Proficient with using Excel and billing software’s

Solid understanding of accounting principles

Effective communication and interpersonal skills
