The Opportunity:

The Regional Aftermarket Sales Manager position is a critical role in managing our Key Accounts Aftermarket sales, this includes used parts, maintenance & inventory planning activity for the region in order to ensure that the regions revenue budget is achieved
Your responsibilities will include:
- Take ownership and responsibility managing the Regional Parts P&L, revenue, SVM and operating profit.
- Develop and implement targeted strategies ensuring growth in revenue by commodity, customer and equipment through the Regional Key Accounts and Aftermarket sales team to ensure company targets are achieved through sales management techniques account plans, call plans, CRM
- Leads and manage Regional Inventory & Planning support with a focus on branch stocking policy compliance, aged stock, freight, planning forecast accuracy.
- Management and leadership of aftersales team through driving great team culture, delegation of work and conducting regular one on ones and performance reviews
- Being an escalation point for Key accounts across the region regarding any issues, discrepancies or SLAs
Role Located: Fairfield
Salary: Competitive base, plus $26,500 car allowance, plus 20% STI, plus super.

What we are looking for:
- Proven track record in Sales / Account Management positions ideally within Heavy Earthmoving / Manufacturing industries
- Experience in aftermarket sales is highly advantageous however, not mandatory
- Proven experience in budget management and driving revenue across various departments
- Proven experience in managing large-scale Key accounts across complex customers
- Must have the ability to identify business opportunities and build effective strategies to capture opportunities
- Ability to liaise with senior leadership team and key client organisations within a professional manner
- Leadership and Management experience with a strong ability to delegate tasks effectively
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- A Self-motivated individual with a drive to achieve and exceed sales budgets and targets
- Must be proficient with MS Office suite
