The Role
Our most important asset is our people! You will have the opportunity to make a real impact by partnering and collaborating with our Hiring Managers to proactively support their hiring needs, and manage recruitment projects and ATS reporting. Recruitment can be more than agency sales targets, client visits KPI and cold calling.

  

You will coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process for both blue and white-collar positions for the BGC Construction Materials Group and Building Product Group designations. As the Recruitment Advisor, you will be responsible for upholding best practices for recruitment processes and ensuring compliance against relevant policies and legislation, as well as providing recruitment advice as required.

This is a full-time opportunity, operating Monday to Friday for a maximum term of 12 months in order to cover a period of maternity leave.

The role will include:

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying, sourcing and selecting quality candidates.
  • Building relationships with potential candidates through networking, social media, and other channels.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on effective recruitment strategies.
  • Analyse recruitment metrics and use data to continuously improve recruitment actions.
  • Provide support with ATS reporting and analytics to ensure informed commercial decisions.
  • Provide support to hiring managers to improve their recruitment skills and ensure consistency in the recruitment process.

What youll bring to the team:

  • At least 1 year experience managing end-to-end recruitment.
  • Familiar and fluent with Job Adder applicant tracking system.
  • Demonstrated experience building and maintaining relationships at all business levels.
  • Commercial acumen – the ability to understand business drivers.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
