We are seeking a Project Manager, LCS to manage the executed mining parts and services contracts (Life Cycle Services contracts).
This position will join our Service Commercial team and is a 12-month maternity cover. Based from our West Perth office, we offer flexibility in our work from home/remote days. You will report to the Director, Service Commercial Support.
What youll do
Contractual Deliverables – Ensuring executed LCS contractual deliverables are met
Full responsibility for application of contract periodic price increases and renewals
LCS Transaction Management Ensure that all transactions are correctly captured in SAP, all orders processed correctly (Goods and labour services) are all are invoiced correctly as per LCS process
Consignment inventory administration responsible for the administration of the remote Warehouse MOI consignment inventory, reporting the consumption of parts, promoting timely re-stocking and actively looking for improvements on the storage conditions (at Customers Site)
Inventory optimization services conduct a thorough bi-monthly audit of contracted Metso parts inventory and provide stock optimisation and improvement recommendations (stock turns and identify redundant stock)
Responsible for the efficient overall facilitation and delivery of allocated High Value complex Technology Aftermarket ETO/Modernization and Upgrade projects
Facilitate PSE technicians as per contractual obligation in line with Field Service Engineer coordination team
KPI Performance and reporting Client – Accountable for contractual KPI performance against agreed executed contractual deliverables
Attend monthly client meetings and present stock levels and report on overall contractual performance against agreed KPIs
KPI Performance and reporting internal Global LCS – Report to Global LCS team on contractual financial performance, profitability, and possible additions amendments to contract scope
Invoicing – Ensure Invoicing is conducted immediately on stock draw and that correct invoicing pursuant to contracted pricing is applied.
Financial Performance Report monthly to Global ISS team on contract profitability and work with SAM to identify and convert opportunities for additions, amendments and Scope change
Who you are
Minimum 3 years experience in Project Management and Project Delivery
Previous experience in a customer-facing role in the mining industry
Excellent organisation skills, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to build and nurture effective customer relationships, including at senior levels
Manage multiple internal business line (BL) Stakeholders and Client
Ability to develop sound business strategies
Proficient in Microsoft Suite products Excel, Word, MS Project, SAP
Enjoys collaborating and contributing together for a team outcome
Desirable
Trade or formal Mechanical Engineering qualification preferred
