Role Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management and successful delivery of single and/or multiple small-scale civil and infrastructure projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on project management experience, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resources effectively. You will be the driving force behind ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the civil engineering/infrastructure sector, with a focus on small to medium-sized projects.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Possess technical knowledge in coatings, surface preparation, management of hazardous substances and application processes is desirable.
- NACE 1 or 2 Certified is highly desirable
