Who are we looking for?
Were looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Transformation PMO. Working closely with business leaders and the PMO lead, you will be responsible to provide project management at the portfolio, program and project levels to support the Enterprise-wide transformation to strengthen global collaboration.
This role will be a senior member of a project management resource team established to service the portfolio of delivery initiatives and key programs.
In this diverse role you will be
Leading at project level:
- Establish practices and routines to define project scope and governance, and drive progress and speed, while aligning with PMO methodologies.
- Proactively guide project execution with effective risk management, resource management, accountability management, communication, and stakeholder engagement, using appropriate project methodologies.
- Develop and implement comprehensive communications, change, and learning strategies, leveraging subject matter experts when necessary, to accelerate change adoption.
- Manage and coordinate project interdependencies to ensure timely delivery of outcomes, aligning initiatives with other enterprise activities.
- Monitor and ensure quality outcomes are achieved within the specified time, quality, and budget constraints.
- Coordinate reporting for the program leads, PMO lead and steerco, setting ongoing reporting requirements and schedules.
- Collaborate with other project managers, where dependent projects exists
Partnering at program and portfolio level:
- Collaborate with PMO leader and other project managers in the ongoing improvement of the PMO way of working and standardisation of practices.
- Identify and manage interdependencies working with organizational development and other SMEs to enhance collaboration.
- Assist in aggregating program-level insights to the portfolio level, including RAID and interdependencies, to improve portfolio stakeholder engagement and resource planning.
Translate portfolio goals into program and project decisions, which may involve changes in sequencing, rescoping, termination, pacing, or value creation.
