Our client, a renowned Tier 2 commercial builder, are looking for a Project Manager to join their close knit team. This is a national builder with a great reputation in Fit Out and New Build, they are now entering an exciting new era in QLD, with a number of flagship projects secured for and beyond. The initial project is a multi-storey $80m build in the Gold Coast. As a Project Manager, you will take a leading role working on projects from concept design and development stages, right through to construction and completion. You oversee all phases of construction, ensuring projects meet plans, budgets, timelines, and quality standards. Responsibilities also include obtaining permits, managing the Site Team, maintaining client communication, fostering subcontractor relationships, collaborating with specialists, prioritising HSE compliance, and using scheduling software to track progress and document milestones. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related (Required) 5 years of Project Management experience within the Commercial Construction Sector (Required). Experience managing Commercial New Build Projects $50m (Required) Takes a proactive approach to safety with a strong understanding of HSE requirements.
