The Opportunity:

Seeking a talented Project Manager to oversee the Curragh Mine Project. Komatsu equipment maintenance in line with contractual obligations. You’ll lead a small team, spanning two shifts to execute scheduled maintenance, ensure accurate data collection, and timely reporting. Engage in customer meetings, uphold Komatsu’s reputation, manage equipment inspections, provide technical advice, and ensure compliance with our Agreement requirements.

Role Located: Curragh Mine Site

Roster: Monday to Friday

What we are looking for:

Motor Vehicle license and Trade Qualification in Heavy Earth Moving Equipment Maintenance required
Experience managing MARC Contracts and leading site-based teams in mining
Must obtain Qld Coal Board Medical and GI passport
Post-training qualifications in Management/Supervisory Role and safety commitment
Strong communication skills and business management experience essential
Computer literacy in Microsoft suite, SAP, Dynamics AX required
Knowledge of local and mine-specific regulations necessary
Familiarity with oil analysis, Komatsu’s KAIZEN System, and Root Cause Analysis advantageous
Previous exposure to Komatsu parts procurement systems beneficial
