Are you a skilled and hands-on Project Controls Engineer looking for your next challenge in the mining and energy sector? Our client, a leading EPCM provider, is seeking an experienced professional to join their team for a major construction project in the southwest.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
Perform Earned Value Analysis (EVA) to ensure project controls align with project objectives.
Generate progress reports, S-curves, and histograms to monitor project performance.
Collaborate with project managers and contract administrators to update project plans and manage change requests.
Conduct critical path analysis, identify potential risks, and provide mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with project contracts, safety policies, and procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in project controls, with strong exposure to site-based construction projects, particularly within E&I, SMP, or Civil disciplines.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
A hands-on approach, with the ability to work closely with site teams and manage tasks proactively.
