Our client is a leading manufacturing company that are seeking to recruit a Project Admin Coordinator on a temp basis, full time on-site. Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm.
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Logistics/Project Coordinator with proven logistics and freight experience to manage logistics for a significant roll-out project. This role involves coordinating both international and local stock, managing transport bookings, and working with warehouse staff to oversee inventory and shipments.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Managers: Support Project Managers with logistics and administrative tasks, including coordinating transportation providers, planning shipments, maintaining stock records, and ensuring timely deliveries.
  • Track Shipments: Plan and track shipments according to project needs, supervise orders, and manage stock levels.
  • Reporting: Ensure prompt movement of shipments, handle customer inquiries, resolve shipping errors, and report logistics status to Operations/Project Managers.
  • Communication: Relay accurate project information to the team and clients, clarify any uncertainties, and adhere to deadlines.
  • General Tasks: Perform various logistics and coordination tasks as directed by the Operations Manager or Project Manager.
