My client is one of Melbourne’s largest evolving company’s operating at present. With a large presence across both the custom and dual-occupancy residential market as well as the fit out commercial market, this builder is one to be interested in. Due to a internal promotion, this builder is seeking a driven and eager individual to hit the ground running within their close knit estimating team.

This position is seeking a candidate with a minimum of three years estimating experience within residential or commercial construction. If you consider yourself to be detail orientated, to hold a technical perspective, and thirve in a team enviornment, this role will be suited to you.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a high cost vs quality standard in materials
• Prepare scope of works and obtain quotes
• Action variations and inclusions
• Prepare and issue purchase orders
• Analyse architectural and engineering drawings to identify inconsistencies

About you:

• Must be proficient in DataBuild
• Have 3 years of experience within residential estimating, incl townhouses/dual-occupancy’s
• Hold a thorough understanding of all OHS requirements
• Conisder yourself to be a strong and articulate communicator
