About the position
We are seeking an experienced Product Sales Manager to strategically shape, coordinate and deliver our product sale customer’s contracts in the West, whilst working to grow our product sales within the region.
Reporting to the Executive Manager – Commercial, you will act as Enaex Australia’s ambassador to continue growing and managing our diversified product sale accounts within your region. In this key role, you will lead the coordination across cross-functional departments ensuring customer expectations and requirements are continuously achieved and ensure the business is strategically placed to grow within the region.
Core accountabilities include:
• Foster and manage on-site relationships with our customer’s representatives whilst striving to develop long-term partnerships
• Tracking contract performance whilst managing and communicating issues and success stories in a timely manner
• Liase with Technical Services, Innovation and Bulk product teams to understand and showcase new products whilst optimising results.
• Develop and maintain an Account Plan for key customers, ensuring contractual obligations are adhered to
• Ability to prepare customer reports, forecasts and budgets in a timely manner
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to Zero harm and continuous improvement
About you
• Experience in Mining/Drill and Blast Operations (6 years).
• Sound understanding of bulk explosives, electronic initiating systems and non-electric initiating explosive.
• Experience working in a commercial or sales roles to add-value.
• Experience working as part of a cross functional working group.
• Demonstrated positive safety leadership skills and safety behaviour.
• Strong organisational, communication and planning skills.
• Proficient level of computer literacy and the ability to analyse data.
• Tertiary qualifications in a technical field and/or business desired, appropriate to the mining sector desired
• Knowledge, experience or training in Risk Management and Change Management process.
• Ability to develop strong, long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
