Your new role
- Manages the product lifecycle from planning to execution.
- Translates business needs into technical requirements to ensure value delivery.
- Creates business cases and valuations for digital products.
- Improves user experience by enhancing usability, accessibility, and desirability.
- Identifies and addresses risks, blockers, or trade-offs impacting value, cost, or schedule.
- Manages capital projects and operational demand.
- Engages and manages diverse stakeholders.
- Leads problem management and root cause analysis.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Experience in delivering and operating digital products.
- Experience as a project manager or product owner in a development team.
- Strong understanding of service requirements and managing the digital product lifecycle.
- Specialist knowledge of technology trends and matching them with business opportunities.
- Good to have – Service management experience (e.g., incident management).
- Good to have – Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
