Your New Role
Our client is looking for a scheduler/pre-construction manager to be based out of their office in Brisbane’s north. The role will require someone to obtain correct quotes for their new projects, collating them against the outlined specs. The jobs will then need to be scheduled so that jobs can be started and finished fluidly, in conjunction with the site supervisors. As well as this, all pre-construction approvals and processes will need to be conducted before new jobs can commence which will require liaison with city council and other parties/consultants.
What You’ll Need to Succeed

Prior, proven track record of delivering projects within the construction industry, whether that be working for yourself as a builder and completing projects from conception through to completion.
Or a self-motivated construction professional who has had experience scheduling and organising trades for sites
Ability to read plans and gain accurate quotes for clients & trades.
You will also need to be able to liaise with a variety of stakeholders, including trades, subcontractors & council members.
