Responsibilies:
- Conduct market research to identify the current and in-progress market activities in Australia specifically requiring the use of medical adhesive tapes, diagnostic tapes and diagnostic film components in the design and production of medical devices
- Have product knowledge – Body worn health monitors: ECG, EEG, Pulse Oximeter, SP02 sensor, electrodes, bio-feedback patch e.g. sweat analysis patch, posture sensor, temperature monitor, AED.
- Point of Care & Molecular Diagnostics: CGM, glucose test strips, sealing for microtiter plates, lateral flow strips, capillary test trips, lab on a chip, microfluidic disks, molded cartridge.
- Drug administration: insulin pump patch, transdermal patches for OTC e.g. nicotine, cannabis, TCM, and pharmaceuticals.
- Develops new prospects to increase sales of the organizations products.
- Performs product sampling, develops short and long term growth targets that align with business objectives, and can perform analysis on market trends and competitor’s products.
Requirements:
- Highly skilled and knowledgeable in industrial B2B sales and can manage their call cycle and pipeline development activities with minimal supervision.
- Develops new prospects to increase sales of the organizations products.
- Performs product sampling, develops short and long term growth targets that align with business objectives, and can perform analysis on market trends and competitor’s products.
- Previous experience with Sales in the Medical industry.
- Demonstrated experience and success in industrial B2B sales & market research.
- This personnel has to operate independently so minimum 7 years experience in sales.
- A degree would be mandatory. Background in chemical/material science & engineer is preferred but not mandatory.
This is a part time role 20 hours per week for 6 months.
