We are seeking experienced Mining Supervisors to lead the mining production for several clients in WA.
You will provide leadership and guidance to teams of up to 25 Operators to fulfill mining operations, beneficiation and mineral separation.
You will apply your practical experience in a mining environment.
You will be supported in the role and encouraged to learn and develop your team with an emphasis on safe practices and high standards.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Executing effective leadership and direction to the operations team.
- Manage and co-ordinate employees, and facilities to ensure duties are performed in a timely, cost effective and professional manner.
- Effectively communicate clearly detailed objectives for your staff.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to your team.
- Promote a high level of safety awareness and encourage safe work practices.
Requirements for all roles:
- Schedule 26 Right to work as a Minesite Supervisor (Section 44 ok)
- 3-5 years leadership experience in the supervision of civil operators in a mining environment
- Nationally Accredited Competency Tickets
- NPC – valid within 12 months
- Pre – Employment Medical
- Full working rights in Australia
