Golding is in search of a self-motivated Mining Supervisor to join our cohesive overburden and coal mining team at Baralaba Mine.

As the trusted right-hand to our Mining Superintendent, you’ll be an integral member with expertise in production operations. Your proactive approach and dedication to achieving results will play a key role in driving our safety and production standards to excellence.

This position follows a 7/7 roster, alternating between day and night shifts, providing you with an opportunity to fully engage in the operational environment while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Camp accommodation is provided

Responsibilities:

Conduct shift handovers, prestart, and toolbox meetings with efficiency.
Guide your team to execute the production plan safely and effectively
Provide valuable technical guidance to your team members, sharing your expertise and boosting their capabilities.
Collaborate with Maintenance Supervisors to implement maintenance plans for the shift.
Generate accurate and timely shift reports.
Perform inspections and job observations as part of your responsibilities.
