Atom Resources is representing a client that specialises in steel fabrication for extensive civil and infrastructure projects. With clients nationwide, they provide a variety of fabricated steel solutions tailored to meet Australian market requirements.

The initial role will be workshop based but our client also has site-based positions.

Day shift
11 hour days Mon – Fri Saturday work.
$ p/hr DOE
Workshop based role
6 month contract – Temp to Perm
Must be willing to do a weld test on-site

Duties:

Mig Welding – structural steel & mild steel
Fabricate and assemble metal structures and equipment
Inspection of final product
Cutting and smoothing metal components using portable grinders.
Work with overhead cranes

The Candidates:
To be successful in obtaining this role you will have:

Current valid White card
2 years Mig Welding experience
Experience working with structural steel and mild steel
Trade Certified
Excellent attention to detail
An ability to commit to the role in an ongoing capacity
