Maxwell Recruitment are seeking a Mechanical Fitter for an immediate start for our client at Cameron Park. – Over $p/h plus penalties! – Immediate start – Monday- Friday In this position you will be require to carry out working on fixed plant equipment/machinery – Coal Crushers, Vibrating Screen and Coal Sizers. The Work: – Build new shaft assemblies (head-shaft, tail-shaft, breaker head shaft). – Strip, assess, then rebuild sub-assemblies. – QA inspection (dimensional checks) of incoming components and spare parts. We are seeking applicants who hold the following skills; – Trade qualification (Fitter) – Experience working on fixed plant environments. I.e. (Crushers, Vibrating Screens/Coal Sizers – Heavy industry sectors) – Must have a strong safety focus and positive work attitude – Current Drivers Licence and Own Transport You will be required to complete D&A testing & inductions prior to commencement.
