The Role

The primary purpose of the Maintenance & Systems Advisor is to be responsible for developing and maintaining cost effective maintenance strategies consistent with the businesss objectives. This is supported by timely and accurate reporting on compliance to set work management measures. The opportunity is for the successful individual to join our family friendly Qube team based in our Hendra office as a full time employee.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Responsible to maintain Mainpac asset data integrity in accordance to Qube Master Data Standards, escalation as required when adjustments are made outside of authority limits (Master Data).
  • Maintain system generated maintenance strategies for assets in accordance with site needs. These include the templates, surveys and tasks utilised by the technicians to record maintenance activities.
  • Responsible to report on maintenance compliance and target continuous improvement through site engagement.
  • The setup and creation of new assets in Mainpac aligned with equipment deployment schedule manuals and specifications to be loaded ensuring site have access to the required information.
  • Action asset transfers in Mainpac and ensure tactics are aligned to the new sites maintenance activities.
  • Disposal of assets within the Mainpac system when approved
  • Support and development of new site team members in the operation of Mainpac
  • Mainpac reporting as required by Qube leadership cost, hours and other specific KPIs as required.
  • Life cycle costing Support data entry for LCC cost reviews
  • System data entry or administration as required to support site requirements

Qualifications/Experience preferred

  • A minimum of 2 years previous experience in systems maintenance, administration, data entry or other similar roles.
  • Trade qualifications or certificate level qualifications in similar or transferrable fields
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a variety of people.
  • Good skills using Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to work well within a small team environment.
