PROGRAMMED, in partnership with Yara Pilbara, is seeking a Material Handling and Logistics Technician. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing industry at Yara Pilbara, home to one of the world’s largest ammonia production facilities and a Technical Ammonium Nitrate (TAN) Plant located on the Burrup Peninsula in Karratha.
The successful candidate will be required to work a 4:4 rotating roster, with -hour shifts covering both day and night. This role offers a competitive salary and leave entitlements.
Please note that this is a residential position based in Karratha.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Required:
- A current Driver’s License
- A Forklift License
- Working at Heights certification
- Current Dangerous Goods Security Card (DGSC) or the ability to obtain
- Valid working rights within Australia
Desired:
- Loader competency
- Skid Steer
- SAP experience
Skills:
- A strong commitment to safety
- Proficiency in written communication, mathematics, mechanical and problem-solving aptitude, and IT skills
- The ability to pass a comprehensive pre-employment medical examination and drug & alcohol screening
