You will ideally be from a logistics background, and have experience co-ordinating the flow of materials, parts and assemblies between sections and departments to ensure delivery times are met.

The role:
- Liaise with freight companies and Customers on deliveries and pick-ups
- Process and complete shipping and delivery of finished goods including packaging labelling, shipping/consignment documentation
- Assist with producing a production schedule to meet demand and capacity
- Assist with inventory management, ensuring accurate tracking and control of stock levels
- Regular communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Plan and purchase adequate stock of raw materials and goods
About you:
- Proven experience organising freight within a logistics environment
- Highly proficient in Microsoft office and IT systems
- Stakeholder engagement able to build strong working relationships
- Strong attention to deal with the ability problem solve
- Experience liaising with transport companies and logistics
- High risk work license – fork lift
- Hold Full Australian Work Rights
