- Residential home builder specialising in high-end new build, renovation and extension projects between $1m and $5m in value.
- Focus on the Lower North Shore area, with typical build locations including Mosman, Northbridge, Castlecrag and Willoughby.
About The Role
- Leading Hand Carpenter who can progress to Foreman / Site Manager level quickly.
- On builds from demolition / excavation through to completion.
- Work closely with the Construction Manager and company Director.
- Starting salary of $115,000 super overtime.
Duties
- Site management of trades.
- Quality assurance.
- Reading and interpreting architectural plans.
- Scheduling trades.
- Ordering materials.
- Liaising with the client and project stakeholders as required.
- Site progress reports.
- Site inductions and toolbox talks.
- WH&S.
Skills & Experience
- Relevant building qualifications (Certificate III Carpentry, Certificate IV Building & Construction etc)
- Experience of working on high-end residential projects from start to finish – new builds, renovations, extensions.
- Ambitious individual who is keen to develop a career as a Site Foreman / Site Manager.
- Good IT skills.
