IT Manager

What you will do:
As the IT Manager, you will take ownership of IT operations, ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our systems. You will oversee the design and maintenance of scalable infrastructure, optimizing enterprise systems to minimize business disruption. By leading a high-performing Service Desk team, you will maintain exceptional customer service, while enhancing cybersecurity measures to protect company data. In addition, you will manage vendor relationships, ensuring alignment with business goals, and oversee the IT budget to optimize resources in support of strategic objectives.
Who you are:
We seek a candidate with tertiary qualifications in IT or Computer Science and proven experience in operational or manufacturing environments. You should have a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, and cybersecurity principles. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills are essential, along with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
