As an Industrial Maintenance Electrician, youll take on a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of electrical systems and equipment across diverse industrial facilities.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Perform scheduled and on-call maintenance tasks on industrial electrical systems and machinery
- Diagnose and efficiently repair electrical faults
- Carry out routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical equipment
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards
- Work collaboratively with other maintenance team members to enhance operational efficiency
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
What Youll Need:
- A Class Electrical License (SA).
- Required tickets: Elevated Work Platform (above 11m), Working at Heights certification, CPR/LVR and Confined Space Entry (Please note that not all are required but is an advantage to have all)
- Proven experience of at least 3 years of Industrial experience in either mining or factories
- Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in demanding or challenging or challenging work environments
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety standards, and regulations.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Availability for on-call duties and flexibility for rostered shifts
