Industrial Maintenance Electrician

As an Industrial Maintenance Electrician, youll take on a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of electrical systems and equipment across diverse industrial facilities.

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Perform scheduled and on-call maintenance tasks on industrial electrical systems and machinery
  • Diagnose and efficiently repair electrical faults
  • Carry out routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical equipment
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards
  • Work collaboratively with other maintenance team members to enhance operational efficiency
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.

What Youll Need:

  • A Class Electrical License (SA).
  • Required tickets: Elevated Work Platform (above 11m), Working at Heights certification, CPR/LVR and Confined Space Entry (Please note that not all are required but is an advantage to have all)
  • Proven experience of at least 3 years of Industrial experience in either mining or factories
  • Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in demanding or challenging or challenging work environments
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety standards, and regulations.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Availability for on-call duties and flexibility for rostered shifts
