The role:
We are looking for a motivated and passionate Heath Safety and Training Administrator to join our team. Reporting to the HST Manager, you will primarily support the training team in maintaining accurate records in the training system, ensuring data integrity. Other duties include:
- Provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Act as a point of contact regarding training records
- Provide high quality administrative support to the HST department
About you:
- Relevant experience in SharePoint, GWOS, Workday and/or Damstra
- Experience in a HST department mine site is highly regarded
- Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Self-starter with strong initiative
