As our HSEQ Advisor, you will be instrumental in promoting safety practices and ensuring compliance on our operational sites. Your role will involve providing on-site support, expert advice, and practical solutions to uphold our high safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards, Acts, and Regulations.
• Maintain and enhance HSE programs in line with company policies and legislative requirements.
• Manage safety registers and stay updated with legislative changes.
• Conduct thorough safety investigations, prepare detailed reports, and implement corrective and preventative actions.
• Perform hazard and risk assessments and effectively communicate outcomes.

About You:

• Experience in the civil or mining industry in a similar safety role.
• Relevant OH&S qualifications (Certificate IV, Diploma, or higher).
• In-depth knowledge of OH&S legislation and HSEQ management practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and excellent computer skills.
• Experience with ICAM or Taproot methodology.
• Valid drivers license.
• Ability to pass a full pre-employment medical and drug screen.
• Current police clearance.
