HR Business Partner
Excellent opportunity to join a mining organisation renowned for its positive and inclusive culture. The HR team are searching for an experienced HR Advisor or BP to provide generalist HR support to site based leaders and employees.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide industrial and employment relations advice
- Implement HR initiatives that enhance employee experience
- Coach leaders on performance management matters
- Develop policies and procedures
- Leadership development
- Support the business with change projects
Key requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or Industrial Relations
- Exposure to business partnering
- Demonstrated ability to influence leaders
- Experience in supporting the full employee life cycle
- Experience in performance management and workplace investigations
To be considered for this role, you must have site based HR experience. The role will report to the HR Lead in Perth, it is therefore essential that you can operate autonomously and make appropriate decisions while being the sole HR person on site.
