Mine Site & Location
Located just under a 3-hour drive from Melbourne, the site is only a 3-minute drive from the local town center, offering an ideal country lifestyle with easy access to schools, recreational activities, and community amenities.

Role and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and diagnosing various underground mining machinery. You’ll work closely with a dedicated team to ensure smooth operations and quick solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting servicing, preventative maintenance, and scheduled repairs in the workshop
• Performing diagnostics and fault-finding for on-site breakdowns
• Working on underground mining trucks, loaders, drills, and charge-up equipment

What You’ll Bring

• Trade qualification in Diesel or Light Vehicle Mechanics
• Experience with diesel machinery in an underground hard rock mining environment
• A positive, team-focused attitude with a commitment to safety
