About the Role:
They are seeking an experienced General Manager or senior leader to join their team as the GM of Service. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the service and maintenance teams, lead strategic growth initiatives, and ensure excellence in service delivery. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of the company while driving operational and financial performance.
Your role will include:
- Develop and implement long-term strategies to drive business growth and align with company goals.
- Identify market opportunities, lead client acquisition efforts, and drive revenue and efficiency.
- Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and provide monthly reports to the CEO.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders while driving marketing strategies.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, supporting the technical upskilling of the team.
To succeed in this role you will be/have:
- Demonstrated experience in a senior management role, leading diverse teams.
- Skilled in budget management and financial performance analysis.
- Ability to develop and implement long-term business strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written skills, capable of engaging with all levels of the business.
- Analytical thinker with a proactive approach to risk management and operational challenges.
