Position: Contracts Administration Manager
Location: ISS Roy Hill
Type: Full-Time
Roster: 4 days on, 3 days off

About Us:
ISS is a leading company in providing excellence in service to our clients committed to innovation and quality in everything we do. We are currently seeking a meticulous and organized Contracts Administration Manager to join our team and manage the Administration functions with precision and efficiency.

A Snapshot of What Youll Do:

  • Monitor contractual KPIs providing analysis & guidance to improve and streamline processes to meet operational scope.
  • Prepare, review, and manage monthly billing to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client and company contractual scope.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure contract terms are adhered too and align with our business objectives/KPIs
  • Monitor contract performance and compliance, ensuring all parties adhere to agreed terms and conditions.
  • Keep detailed records of all documents, amendments, and communications. Ensure all data are properly filed and easily accessible.
  • Address and resolve in conjunction with the KAM any contract-related issues or disputes in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information related to the contract.
  • Work closely with the Client & ISS key stakeholders to ensure financial data is available and update as required.

What Were Looking For:

  • Experience: 5 years minimum in Administration Management. (Within the energy, utilities, or resources sectors highly desired)
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve operational and service excellence.
  • Expertise: Strong knowledge of operational implementation strategies to enhance productivity, systems management, labour & costs.
  • Problem-Solver: Ability to think strategically, make data-driven decisions, and implement process improvements.
  • Communicator: Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
