We are expanding our workforce due to growth in our Surface drilling operations and are currently taking applications for a Field Trainer with a strong commitment to Health & Safety and teamwork. This is an 8:6 FIFO roster from Perth.
Want to know a bit more?
- Support our surface coring drilling services team with ongoing training and assessment of crew
- Active participation in development of training materials for the surface coring workforce
- Work closely with supervisors and Perth Operations team to quantify and address training needs
- FIFO role (8:6 ideally) – occasional travel to support operations across the East Coast of Australia
A few things we’re looking for:
- Current Cert IV in Training and Assessment
- Previous experience in a field-based training role
- 5 years industry experience (experience in drilling highly desirable)
- Manual C Class drivers licence
- Able to pass a pre-employment medical and police clearance
All candidates will be required to submit a recent National Police Clearance and be willing to undergo a pre-employment medical.
