As a Field Service Technician your responsibilities will include:
- 100% commitment to personal and business safety
- Testing of lifting equipment on and off-site inspections
- Maintenance and service repairs on products
- Providing excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty
- DIDO to visit customer sites when and as required
- Collaborating with the support team to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
What you will bring with you:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to troubleshooting
- Demonstrated experience in manufacturing – preferred but not essential
- Valid driver’s license – DIDO will be required
- Ability to work in a sometimes physically demanding role and at heights
- Flexibility and availability to travel, including overnight stays on sites for extended periods of time. This is not a set roster due to us providing a service to our customers as and when they need.
