the opportunity
reporting to the site superintendent, you will be responsible for developing the initial cost estimate and delivering accurate quotations for emerging project works. this position requires expertise in analysing pricing models for medium to large-scale projects and services.
key responsibilities\:
- complete accurate and detailed estimation activities for project works for all phase
- identify cost-related risks and uncertainties that may affect project outcome
- collaborate with procurement and contracts teams to review and evaluate contract terms and conditions related to costs
ideal attributes

- minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
- bachelors degree in engineering, business, or a step up role moving from blue collar into a staff role
